Our Product
All of our products are handmade and hand painted in Mexico by highly skilled artisans. Therefore, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the picture on our website. No two pieces are exactly alike and the customer needs to be aware of this when placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is FREE anywhere in the continental U.S. Shipping takes 5-10 business days from receipt of your order and payment until your order arrives, depending upon your location. Expedited shipping can be arranged for an extra fee, simply contact us after placing your order to arrange and pay for this expedited service.

Returns & Replacements

Here at the Talavera Pottery Store customer satisfaction is our main concern.  Every piece is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.  All sales are accompanied with a 10 day money back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may, within ten days of receipt, ship the item back to us at your expense.  You will receive a full refund of your purchase price less our shipping cost.  In this event please give us a call at 877-246-1673, or email us here to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once you receive your RAN, please pack your package in the same way you received it and mail it to:

Damaged/Broken Items

First: If possible, upon receipt of the shipment any visible damage to the shipping box should be noted with the carrier representative at the time of delivery.  Also, if any items in your shipment are found to be damaged it should be noted on the delivery receipt if possible.    

Second: In all cases save the broken item and all packaging as they were received, this is necessary for carrier inspection if required. 

Third:  Contact us via email or phone within three business days of receipt of your order and explain the problem. We will replace the item or credit you for your loss provided the above guidelines have been met.

 

Ordering & Payment
Use our eCommerce shopping cart to place your order. Pay for your merchandise with paypal or with a credit card through our shopping cart checkout system. All prices are in U.S. American dollars ($). You can checkout as a guest or register for a user account. Registering provides you with access to order tracking functionality. Your name, postal address, email, phone number and credit card will be required to checkout. Secure Credit Card Transactions are processed via First Data Global Gateway.

Viewing Orders, Updating Account Information
To view orders and update account information, you must create a user account prior to checkout by registering with TalaveraPotteryStore.com . To register, click the 'Login' link at the upper right of the website, then click "Create an Account" under "New Customers". A valid email address is required to register. All account correspondence will be sent to the email used during registration.
